ATC Healthcare is happy to announce the signing and partnership with our newest franchisee Torshia Watson in North Dallas. She will have her office in Wiley, TX, and will build her business in the McKinney, Plano, and Garland area.

Torshia brings with her a wealth of staffing experience – she is the owner/executive director of Inreach IT Solutions – full-service staffing, payroll, and project management firm. In addition to her 25 years of IT experience, Torshia is a licensed professional counselor for at-risk children. She also volunteers as a counselor for inmates at the local jail and for foster children.
