ATC Healthcare opens a new office in Oakland County, MI

ATC Healthcare is proud to announce the opening of its newest franchised staffing office, it will be located at 6695 Highland Road Waterford, MI 58327.

Please join us in welcoming the new franchisee Marina Marchese who has extensive staffing experience and is looking to parlay that into her own successful medical staffing agency. Please read about her below.

Upon immigration into the US from the former the Soviet Union in 1991, Marina Marchese started her career at the age of 16 in the healthcare industry by working as a nursing assistant in a nursing home along with a second job working as a dental assistant in privately owned dental practice. While working, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Health Care Administration and later continued her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Marina spent the 12 years preceding the opening of ATCs Oakland County office, managing and operating staffing, and recruiting services for a local dental staffing company. Marina’s experience included handling staffing and hiring needs. She has personally interviewed hundreds of dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and other dental professionals during her years with the company and has assisted her clients with consulting.

Because of her strong intuition and a true passion for the human resources field, she has been very successful in developing and maintaining relationships with her clients and employees. She has been recognized for her ability to provide compatible candidates for each of her former employer's clients in delivering timely and quality solutions for temporary staffing, direct placements, and practice management.

Marina's expertise is in the staffing business and has helped many get the maximum from their careers and practices.
