Comprehensive Training
Program

Our training program begins with start up support, ongoing support, administrative tasks, marketing tools, and local market information, followed by four days of full classroom training to prepare you and your staff to run your business.

On-site training is designed to help you master your local market and determine a 90-day action plan for you to follow. During this time, you’ll be assigned a dedicated support professional who can answer any of your questions and provide ongoing assistance.

We’ll give you the tools required to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals in your market. Our training staff can help you identify the key strategic facilities and communities to target, in addition to the resources you’ll need to truly speak your client’s language.

Ongoing Support

FUND PAYROLL

We provide and fund payroll directly to your healthcare associates, so there’s no waiting for clients or insurance companies to cover payments.

BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT

Let us handle the administrative tasks so you can focus on servicing your clients. ATC Healthcare Services provides complete back-office support to help our franchisees accelerate their businesses and reduce expenses while gaining greater financial flexibility and payroll reliability. We also provide franchise partners with contract management and national relationships with various healthcare providers.

BILLING AND COLLECTIONS

The back-office support our franchisees enjoy includes all their invoicing, collections, and contract management for clients which are handled by our corporate offices.
