If you do not plan to work full-time within the business, you must have a Manager or an Operating Principal available to handle operations in your absence.
Our five-step training program includes pre-training and remote training that covers all relevant information when it comes to the industry, administrative tasks, marketing tools, local market information, and more. From there, you’ll attend three days of on-site, formal classroom training to learn more about daily operations for you and your staff to master your local market.

During training, you’ll also receive a custom 90-day action plan to follow and be assigned a dedicated regional support professional to provide ongoing support. You’ll be invited to weekly and monthly coaching/conference calls and webinars to stay ahead of the industry, share best practices, and support your business growth.
While the total initial investment cost will vary depending on several key factors, investors can expect to spend between $136,900 and $223,200, including our $50,000 franchise fee. Franchise partners will be required to meet certain financial requirements in order to invest.
